I called with a main line issue. Apex came , made and left mess in bathroom, damaging door. They did Clean-out mainline with power snake. Issue re-occurred couple days later, and they came back under warranty, (N0-charge 2nd visit)and re-snake the line. Line remained clear for few days and then clog occurred once again. On May 18, 2021 one of Apex service provider's Andree, came to clear my sewer drain and he arrived on time. Andree was very courteous and knowledgeable about explaining what was going on and how to remedy the problem. Andree used his machine to clear the line. He would not leave until all faucets and drains were running and the water was flowing through with no backups. I will use Apex only now when it comes to this type of situation.
