*Communication is the worst part* Yes, it was clean as far as debris. There was rodent poison out, and we didn’t see many roaches. The gate and code worked most of the time, sometimes you’d get an email that it was down but never really had problems with it (or was ever super necessary to get inside if it happened to be down). The price is pretty good for the size, at least for the bigger unit. BUT the communication was AWFUL. We had several problems with the billing, paying, and closing of the unit.
