Overall not happy but could be worse. I can only speak about their lawn mower repair. I brought my mower in for maintenance and troubleshooting a motor noise. They never did any troubleshooting and simply just performed maintenance on the mower. When I confronted them about the issue, they made no attempt to resolve the matter or apologize for the misunderstanding. Though I bare no grudges or wish no ill feelings....the business itself needs some help. I understand there's been family crisis and health concern, but the incoming phone calls transferred to a fax machine for a whole day. The organization of work orders, incomplete analysis with parts on hand, as well as, parts on order vs..completed service work is sort of in hap-hazard disarray. They called to say mower was ready.
