Absolutely brilliant service, twice I asked for a quote through the website and twice the work was done within a few days of accepting it. The last job was that quick I didn't get a chance to add on the additional work I wanted of a new cowl installation. Totally my fault for not communicating it in the first place, but I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended!!
I contacted apex roofing this morning to fix a broken tile on my roof after being let down twice by 2 different people, they came out in the afternoon and fixed out not a problem. 100% recommend this company to everyone I for one will definitely be using them again if i ever need to and I will be passing their company onto friends & family. Recently had roof replaced. Gareth was great- e-mailed me most days to keep me up to date and the whole thing was very professional. I was waiting for a period of bad weather to comment on work done and so far it seems like a great job. Any queries I had were answered as well, which is always a great reassurance. Recommend.
I just want to thank Gareth and Robert for the excellent job completed today . Repointing chimney ,replacing three lead valleys , installation of roof vents , replacing lead flashing , replacing ridge tiles , installing chimney cowls and replacing any broken slates throughout. Communication from start with Ashton Gareth and Robert was ongoing during five days required to complete the job. Would highly recommend Apex Roofing solutions . Thanks Paul and Margaret.
Big thank you for a fantastic service. We too lost some tiles due to storm Ewoyn. Sent a message with photos to Apex showing the damage and received a very prompt reply with a very reasonable quotation. Work has been done and roof is all safe again.
