They took care of the whole insurance process and my new roof looks incredible.
The sales person drove by my house and noticed shingles missing after a huge wind storm recently. He was very nice and informed me that I had shingles missing from my roof. He asked if he could send a drone above my house to see exactly how much damage was inflicted from the wind storm. He showed me pictures and footage of the damage from way above my house and moved the drone around all the roof areas. There was significant damage.
