Apex Roofing was excellent from start to finish. They were prompt with providing a very reasonable estimate, expeditious with scheduling work, skilled in execution, and on-target in final bill matching estimate. I am very happy with outcome!
My roof doesn't look good at all, just 8 weeks after... looks like it have some sections were is melting itself, they said is ok, "it happen with all houses, but dont worry is working good" and now they said, "well for a better end look, change the entire plywood of the roof would be the best, but guess what? They never ask before or during the instalation, so now they are trying to fix the terrible work. 10k invested for a roof that looks like it has been replaced for teenagers. Please be carefull. Apex installed a gutter system on my pergola and did an outstanding job! They performed the job quickly and left the area clean when done. I had one minor issue that needed to be addressed and they came up with a satisfactory solution. Everyone was especially helpful & thorough with the follow up. Hats off to Andrew/John for running such a top notch company!

Apex was very easy to work with. The quote was very close to the final price as they had to remove some fascia under the gutters to determine if condition required replacement and then let me know before adjusting the final bill. Weather also impacted when they were able to come and they stayed in contact. Very much appreciated the effort made to deal with my house situation.
