Complete new TPO roof in 2021. Seams are failing in multiple areas, contractor would not return phone calls, proper coverboard was not installed (though part of contact), roof penetrations where not properly sealed. This guy is a criminal - DO NOT USE.
They got me roof was leaking 2 weeks after install… I called and they said no warranty was provided after the man gave me his Word but on the Contract it states no warranty so I just took the Loss Read contract and don’t believe what they say good luck
