This company ignores no soliciting signs. Our sign is directly above our doorbell and can not be missed. The young man rang our doorbell and beat on our door not once, but twice. If we have future roofing needs, I won't be using this company.
Today (Labor Day by the way) Alex was in my neighborhood performing work on a neighbor’s property. We clearly have a “No Solicitation” sign displayed by our front door. Not 1, 2 but 3 different Apex employees attempted to get business from us unsolicited. I feel this is very unprofessional of any reputable business and expect after this review that all company employees receive training on this topic, as today clearly demonstrates that employees are unaware of looking for this posting by a resident homeowner.

This team arrived at 7am and never stopped working. They complete tear off and new roof completed in just under 11 hrs. 2800 sqft. They were extremely careful. The clean up was nothing short of miraculous. They checked for nails and metal over 7 times. I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor.
Apex was fast, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards so I knew my dogs would be safe. I can't recommend them enough! A very polite crew and a fantastic job done!
