I would like to thank Apex Roof Remodeling LLC for replacing the roof and gutters on our home. Although there were some oversights in the workmanship during the project, the project manager, Kyle, corrected each of them and made sure that my requests were satisfied. The person responsible for the roof replacement project at our home, Mr. Douglas Dominick, came to the job site almost every day. Apex Remodeling has been great to work with from estimate to work completion. They've communicated often and clearly with updates. Kyle, Ashley, and Dominick have all been great to work with. The roofing crew they sent out were great, they finished our pretty sizeable roof in 2 days. They also did a great job of cleanup and going above and beyond with a few other items they took care of that wasn't in their scope of work.
Overall, we’re happy with how our master bathroom turned out with Apex. We came to them after originally hiring the wrong person for the job, so they were stepping into a project that already needed to be corrected. Our first meeting with them was great and gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. The biggest weakness throughout the process was communication.
