Jim Ferguson and his team are the best in the business. We had previously worked with another realtor in the area and were not satisfied. Jim was recommended by a very discerning friend of ours and I cannot say enough about how thorough, efficient, and professional he is. From helping us find a house, negotiating an offer, and closing- Jim goes above and beyond and communicates well. We still rely on Jim to refer us to contractors and give us input on our new home, we trust his expertise that much.
