Unscrupulous sales agent by the name of Luke French, who was working at Apex Realty in Tappahannock, Va. We were from out of town and buying a house in Montross, Va. and chose Luke French as our real estate agent. Big mistake. It turns out that a school is being built 3 homes away from our location. We did not find out about this until 15 minutes before we were due to go to closing. Had a van full of furniture and expectations of a quiet retirement home in the country. Not to be.
