I engaged APEX Psychology for counselling services for my daughter and was extremely disappointed. In my experience, Hiro Kobayashi’s approach lacked transparency, and communication was poor throughout. I felt that my concerns were repeatedly ignored or dismissed, which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported as a parent. I had an extremely concerning experience with Dr Janina Szyndler as a family report writer in my parenting matter. In my opinion, the report was deeply one-sided, dismissive of my evidence, and far too willing to accept the father’s claims at face value while treating my concerns as unreliable or unimportant. What was most alarming was the apparent imbalance in how attachment, risk, and parenting capacity were assessed. Horrible practice — do not expect your money back even if you have been mistreated. Apparently “everything stays in this room” is equivalent to “I will tell my colleague about that thing you’ve been struggling for years to even speak about, to ask for advice”…
