I have filed numerous noise complaints in regards to my neighbors across the hall from me. Here is yet another one. On Saturday the old man was banging on his door again because he was locked out - causing my dog to bark. The lady locks the guy out and then he's banging, yelling on the door - causing my dog to bark - and I receive a noise complaint.
