Aaron R was awesome. He came out after hours and did an amazing job. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and for being super friendly.
Hazlett with Apex was the MAN!! He got out AC back and running again in under 15 min, replaced the capacitor, then was proactive enough to take a look at our attic and find standing water in the pan before it leaked into our ceiling. Highly recommend APEX for all HVAC work. Extremely professional and were here in less than 20 minutes after I called.

Zack Hazlett and Royce came out, I greeted them at the door, they checked air handler first and the heat pump unit, all checked out good. Zack was very professional and cleanup good after work was complete
Called Saturday to get a quote for a service. The girl was not helpful. All she could tell me was it was going to cost an additional $299 to dispatch on a Saturday and $149 to diagnose (not fix) I told her I just need a tank pumped out I didn’t need a diagnosis. She said she would call me back. Still waiting on my call back 2 days later. I would give zero stars if I could, definitely would not recommend.
