Marco was 10/10 helpful! Gave us lots of options on how to approach our issue, especially cost conscious ones. Was easy to work with, wanted the best for our building AND called back later to offer some more suggestions on how to prevent our issue from happening again.

our basement flooded and I called Apex at 9am on Marco came out at 12pm and rodded for 2 hours eventually clearing the clog in my sewer line going out of my house to the street(city sewers). Tons of tree roots. Chas then came out 5 days later to hyrdojet and cleared ALL of the tree roots and did an exceptional job. He showed me his progress via camera and was clear that he eliminated all of the tree roots. I recently had my hot water heater replaced and had a great experience with Apex. Chas and Hector were excellent - very professional and communicative throughout! Will definitely use Apex in the future.

Wow. Was accused by this company that my review was not truthful so here you go, updated. Spent 1k less than a month ago to fix my kitchen garbage disposal. Since then the gd has slowed and sounds different than when first installed. Apex forgot about the first appointment and had me waiting two hours. Finally showed up today with no tools ( dirty shoes all over my foyer) took 2 min and said sounds fine. Didn’t bother looking under the sink or at the garbage disposal and was so dismissive.
