Terrible service. Called them to come install an import faucet. Was told they couldn't help me. Said that it was metric vs standard system measurements on the hoses and adapters, which isnt true because we bought a new faucet from Lowe's and have the same issue.

The Apex team came back multiple times over the next few weeks, determined to solve the problem. It turned out to be a loose fitting under the floorboards, which they fixed promptly. Their persistence and dedication to resolving the issue were impressive and appreciated!
