Shawna is the best! Very personable but more importantly knowledgeable of injury and process in which it takes to recover. It is also comforting when your appointment is one on one time and you’re not in an environment with many other people like at other PT establishments. I highly recommend Apex!!
Having been diagnosed with rotator cuff tears to my shoulder my range of movement was diminishing and the pain was increasing. Shawna understood that I needed to get back to paddling asap (more for my sanity). She designed a home plan that along with my regular visits worked a treat and enabled me to paddle the whole racing season as well as internationally. Very professional and personable. Thank you.
Shawna played a critical role in my recovery from knee replacement. Her technical knowledge is evident and she is a good listener. Having the same therapist monitoring your progress makes the biggest difference.
I had a very good experience here rehabbing my ACL after surgery. I was a student and they worked around my schedule to make sure I never missed an appointment. Shawna was very passionate about her work, which inspired me to really engage in my rehab. She kept me motivated and I really enjoyed going to physical therapy each week.
Shawna was excellent in her care. She gave me a home exercise program and stretches that really helped me recover. I’m still recovering and continue to use the program set up by Shawna daily. I highly recommend Shawna if you need physical therapy.
