I was a patient with a labral tear in hip and blushing disc in back. Phil was great with really listening and helping me build the strength in office and to continue my workout at home. The one on one assistance is great. Highly recommend.

Phil is great. Keeps it simple, doesn’t sell fancy techniques that don’t work, and is flexible on schedule. Got me back doing most exercises after just 3 months suffering a disc herniation. His facility is clean, inviting, and has everything you need. I recommend his practice.

Very grateful for Phil at Apex Physical Therapy. He guided me through my recovery from a motor vehicle accident. I had strong lower back pain that made it difficult for me to drive on my daily commutes and sitting extended periods of time at work. He curated a recovery plan and oversaw my treatment himself. He helped me get back my normal self and back to the enjoying the physical activities I enjoy doing. I highly recommend!
