Phill is the best! His commitment on focus and training really showed when he knew the exact exercises that I needed to strengthen my core muscles that I was having trouble with. Positive motivation and very informative, really prepared me for the next phase of rehab training. The Family atmosphere kept it comfortable to train. Customer service is A+. Thanks for all the help Apex Physical!
phil is such an amazing physical therapist! i came to him with back pain and he gave me exercises that helped me recover quickly! i definitely feel a lot stronger than i did before and also feel confident in how to exercise from now on the avoid injuries. highly recommend phil!
I have only very positive things to say about Phil. I saw him after I had a total shoulder replacement and my surgeon is very impressed about my progress while under Phil’s care. I have been to other PT clinics in the past where you are just another patient and passed off to do your exercises on your own. Not so with Phil. He operates the clinic himself and sees you through sll of the exercises himself carefully monitoring how you are performing them and increasing as you get stronger. I had ACL surgery about a year ago. After surgery, I began physical therapy at a large clinic, but my range of motion wasn’t progressing as well as I had hoped. Since the early weeks are so important for recovery, my surgeon recommended Phil. Phil was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable.
