I can’t say enough good things about Phil! After my back surgery I went to see Phil at Apex and he was encouraging, kind and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me exercises tailored to my needs and always made sure I felt supported. I know I would not have recovered as quickly without his expertise. I highly recommend Phil at Apex for anyone looking for a skilled and caring Physical Therapist.
I was a patient with a labral tear in hip and blushing disc in back. Phil was great with really listening and helping me build the strength in office and to continue my workout at home. The one on one assistance is great. Highly recommend.

Phil is great. Keeps it simple, doesn’t sell fancy techniques that don’t work, and is flexible on schedule. Got me back doing most exercises after just 3 months suffering a disc herniation. His facility is clean, inviting, and has everything you need. I recommend his practice.
