APEX has shown me how much physical therapy can do for me before surgery. I have more flexibility than I thought possible. I know my recovery will go much smoother. I can't say enough about the staff and therapist. Office staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about all insurances. The therapist are a bunch of hard working people helping you to meet your goals and exceed them. THANK YOU APEX! Looking forward to coming back after surgery!

Apex exercise and fitness and physical therapy is the best place I ever came even better than the one that I was at for the compound fracture. Apex is the best you can't beat it
I had an injury I was going to another doctor for but it was not being relieved at all. I went to Apex and they began helping and fixing the situation right away. I am a crossfit athlete and they have gotten me back to my pre-injury self. I recommend Apex for any athlete whom is looking to fix an injury that doesnt go away easily.
