I used them since my child was born, he is now 4. He gets sick all the time since he was 2. This doctor always gave him the same medications never really fixing the problem. A few months ago he ran fever for 10 days, the dr. gave him the same stuff and sent us home. He didn't get better so we took him to the EMERGENCY ROOM. They told us my child's tonsils are SO HUGE he needs to see an ENT(Ears, Nose, & Throat Specialist). I go back to Apex and ask for a referral the Doctor told me NO, it wasn't needed. you leave children in pain for days and days and days that's why and give parents and grandparents and caregivers a hard time and they had ear infections for months and months and months how about you get an ear infection and suffer
The nurses there are so rude.ive been taking my kids there for a while now and finally I've had enough of them being rude every time I call or go in . They told me they don't accept walk ins I have to make a appointment doesn't matter if your child is sick or anything. They hung up on me and then when I called back they were rude so I asked if they were ok and very rudely she answer yes and how can I help you , I then told her she hung up on me and she blames it on someone else. Ok first off I have been here twice the Staff in the office is the worst very unprofessional. The doctor wow is this place even a real doctors office he tells me to use the cream for my sons skin till the tube is gone and if I don't see a difference then come back and in the same breath tells me to use for two weeks then come back I say that we will be on vacation in two weeks and he gets real rude with me and walks out and shuts the door we open it as he goes in to a different room all this after they offend me at the front... read more
