Very simply.... they violated trust when they violated HIPPA protection laws. In doing that not only was their reputation lost but their integrity as well. To make matters more disconcerting, when the owner was spoken with about it, the situation was literally downplayed and chastised. The only recommendation is to use another service at all costs. This one provided subpar care and complete disregard of ethics, standards and moral obligations as paramedics and EMTs. Poor example of leadership and management. Less than zero.
They are always so friendly when they come in. Feels like I have known them for years not just months
