Customer service was very bad. I went in for repairs the technician give me such a run around for glass repairs I just ending up going some place else. Worst place ever from my experience. I do not recommend

I had an amazing experience at Apex Optical Co a few weeks ago. I'm not a regular customer, but my prescription sunglasses became warped and had me seeing double while I was en route to a doctor's appointment nearby. After my appointment, I searched for the nearest optometrist to see if I could get my frames fixed, and ended up around the corner at Apex.
