Jens a great person and made the entire process very easy.
I would recommend this to anybody looking to move to the Manchester area. Nice proximity to stores and easy access to highways. Jen is very responsive and does a great job managing the property. Parking is very convenient and the laundry room is everything you'd need. I loved using the patio grills during the summer!

I recently moved into Apex One and had a bunch of questions at first, but Jen made the whole process super easy. She was really prepared, accommodating, and made sure everything got handled smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares and does a great job managing the place. Really appreciate all her help!
Jen is AMAZING! She has been so helpful and understanding through the entire rental and move-in process! The grounds are beautiful and maintenance keeps the walkways clear and salted in the winter time. The amenities are wonderful and I am so happy I live here!
