This is by far the worst rental experience I have had in my years of renting. I hated living here from day one, and it has not got any better. I wish I read the reviews on this place before moving in, because they earned them 2-3 stars they getting. I'm a current resident being held hostage, because the turnover so high they want release me from my lease. The rent goes up every month. Started at 1450 and went as high as 1780 a month. The head manager of this place is super unprofessional and the company should definitely look into hiring someone a little more qualified. Very low class
The building's sprinkler room beeps for days they shovel snow at 5am, vans are left in the parking lot abandoned for months, and they just now are dealing with trash build up. Not luxury. Just overpriced.
Don't move here, there are nicer, more pleasant places with better prices in Louisville, here the rent goes up by the day, they always charge you more without explanation,
