I’m not sure why they have a 3.7 review. I’ve been living here since October of 2025 and my stay has been wonderful! I have a one bedroom and it’s very spaceful & NICE! I haven’t’t had any problems inside my apartment to reach out to maintenance for anything! The appliances are up to date, the -apartment itself is by everything Kroger, circle K, planet fitness etc…….the women in the office are wonderful people such as Milah and Mrs. Patty! Overall the complex is a nice place, except for the huge pile of trash every weekend that won't fit into the compactor. However, it's much too expensive with many extra hidden charges. We just broke our lease and had to pay 2 months extra rent to do it. We just got a bill for nit picking things that was very shocking. I had no idea we had to leave the apartment absolutely perfect to not get all these charges. I have never seen such a disgusting and unsafe place before in my life. There is literally a MOUNTAIN of trash inside the complex. I asked a resident walking by about it before heading in for the tour, and they told me that this has been an issue for multiple months. After this, I just turned around and got in my car, prepared to leave, when there was a literal drive-by shooting that happened at the complex. There no accountability from office staff. I was told once unpaid for December I was done and then for a bill in January saying I still owed. The hidden fees are outrageous . Yes there are hidden fees. The list they give you is minuscule at best and a horrible example of what to expect. I’ve included pictures of my ledger for reference. I was rarely if ever home and my water and trash were through the roof bc “it’s averaged between like apartments” allegedly. The trash is always piled up outside the compactor door.
