Our 16-bed Memory Care Community is fully state licensed. Located in Northwest Houston we are built with our residents in mind. Private bedrooms provide personal space for privacy and an open floor plan into our Great room. Home prepared meals, activities, engagement and companionship stimulates a homelike atmosphere and brings us together as family. Well-Trained Care Partners tend to all care needs and lend support and comfort to our Residents. Assisted Living Care under construction and coming soon.

RecommendedMy MIL & SIL live/lived at Apex. We could not be happier! The administration and staff are like family to us all. They worked with us recently through very difficult time (my MIL passing.). They were so loving and respectful and we got to see 1st hand how the entire staff interacts daily with the residents. We feel comforted and blessed with my SIL still living at Apex, and she herself has said “she’s not been this happy in her entire adult life!” Liz C

I have seen a number of facilities for seniors. Then we found Kristen Kim! She by far is the most talented and amazing person who has created a HOME for people who deserve a special lady and all her angels! They are the best!
My mother-in-law has been there over a year and happy to be there.
These folks are awesome! The love is real here at Apex.
Everyone was very nice when I stopped by to bless the residents with a blanket for Christmas. I enjoyed spending time with the residents. They definitely had me smiling. #DorothysRose
Our Dance studio performed here for the residents. Such a beautiful place. You can tell the residents are well taken care off. The staff was so kind and nurturing.
Apex Oaks is one of the best, if not the best assisted living center in Houston! Simply Fantastic!
