Am great ful for second opinion about my son's 2011 Subaru Outback. Your technician spared me by engine motor swap and purchase from a very shoddy work done on the vehicle from a previous repair station who wrongly told me that the vehicle need another engine motor. Excellent service, communication, and transparency. The team at Apex Auto Service was honest, professional, and genuinely cared about getting my vehicle running its best. My car is running amazing, and I highly recommend.
I’m sure the people there mean well, but my experience took a turn for me when they told me my car is now undrivable, knowing that the only problem was my fly wheel and clutch that needed replacing checked from myself and other car enthusiasts. What’s confusing is that one of them called me and told me everything looks good and that they just need new CV axles to be put on to be finished. I told him no I’ll replace those another time.
