When I got maintenance done I asked them to check up on a problem that I had with the moped. I wasn't told there was any extra cost that would be charged for looking into something that was seemingly so minuscule to me. When I came back to pick up my moped they charged me DOUBLE the price of maintenance (+$50) for a labor charge. When my moped stop working, they fixed it really quick and it was cover under warranty. The staff are great, Trinity and Cory treated me really nice and make sure that if there's any problem I can come with them
