I will never use this company again. They're always late and never answer the phone I missed two appointments because they came late
After speaking to Brittany about all the concerns that I've had, she had given me an alternative route to travel ( with Apex of course). She even gave us a ride back when my mom ( aa her caretaker) and I were waiting well over an hour for our return ride. Thank you!
Apex was absolutely wonderful after the last place we had. This company no matter who I have talked with they have been pleasant and professional. Zach and Reggie made our trip very comfortable. They got my dad in and out of a raised ranch very easy and professional. Their attitudes were amazing. Always nice to deal with people in a great mood when you are going through alot. We will definitely be booking all my dad's appointments through them and I highly recommend them.
Just wanted to give a big ups to Steven today coming in to work on Christmas day taking a very special lady to have dinner with her family... She came back smiling and happy and i know she appreciated his compassion... Paul and family are appreicative of ur compassion for the work you do and how you treated their mom...
