Our Sciton Profile started smoking and so we called Apex and they picked it up so Joe could work on it. Joe had our system working again within 48 hours. Apex had parts in stock and apparently knew exactly what the problem was. We will use them again for sure.
Our Alma Harmony XL handpiece ran out of pulses. We found Apex online and spoke to Joe who instructed us to ship it to them to be fixed. He promised a quick turnaround. They reloaded the i-button chip with new pulses and also replaced the flash lamp –all for less than what other companies were quoting. We cannot recommend them enough.
Been working with Apex Medical for years. Joe is great and he gets right to the point when troubleshooting our equipment failures. Jennifer is always extremely helpful too. Check out their second hand systems – they have great deals and are always willing to negotiate.
Joe and his team are very customer focused and really care about their clients. There are many medical laser repair vendors who do shoddy work, but not Apex. Their troubleshooting is also very accurate and they also have great deals on refurbished equipment.
Always a great experience when getting equipment serviced at Apex. They are very thorough and customer service is outstanding.
We purchased a gently used Candela Gentlemax Pro from Joe. He was very patient with all of our questions and we were able to negotiate a great deal on the system. The entire process was fairly painless. Overall they did a fantastic job and we are very happy with our new equipment.
I contacted Joe at Apex to repair our Icon Laser. We shipped it to him and they did a beautiful job repairing it in a timely manner. They are professional and very responsive. This is the second repair they have done for us. I recommend them highly.
When I called to check on service on my RF laser hair removal head, the technician told me that my equipment was "crappy, Chinese equipment"!!! Quite frankly, it's been amazingly reliable and efficient and it is made in Israel NOT China! Israel is renowned for its laser equipment. I can't imagine a worse customer service representative.
I just have been cheated from Apex. I payed U$8.500,00 to fix my handpiece’s device, it supposed to be fine and got broken in the first use. We contact Joe, Apex’s owner, and never been so mistreated for someone I hired services. He refused to fix, and never show any interest to help. It was impossible to solve the problem, the communication with him is horrible, extremely impolite and rude. I really not indicated Apex, hire then it’s the worst thing you can do, you are going to lose your money.
