Bad place to go to.rude receptionist like Jackie need to be fired.
I can't stand the wait it is ridiculous. If your appointment is at 3 there is no reason why you should be sitting here till 4 and still have not seen a physician. But if you're late for your appointment you'll have to cancel it and reschedule, what's 15 minutes late if you going to wait an hour to be seen or longer. And I was actually early for my appointment so I was here before 3. Now its 4:03 and I've been put in a room to sit....smh
Dr Devireddy and the doctors that work here are very professional and give great customer care. We've been going here for the last 12 years and are completely satisfied with all of the doctors and nurses and medical personnel. Thank you all for your care. Good job!!!
My daughter fractured her toe. We were seen the next day with an appointment, saw X-ray and an amazing podiatrist all in the same building! Great in house care
When to get my daughter an ultrasound at Padres imaging the doctor was super nice that's why I gave a 4 but when they gave me a school form for my daughter to go back to school it wasn't even my daughters name it was for somebody else. They need to pay more attention to things likes this.
I saw the PA Ye yesterday, the front office, the back office staff and the PA was wonderful. Thankful I had a medical facility to go to on Sunday and didn't have to wait or go the ER. I read some of the complaints, we have to remember that our appointments are actually approximate times. No Provider or patient can ever assume that each visit is routine, somewhere there is an emergency or someone that needs medical help because of the serious nature before us.
