Update on below... The salesman Earl contacted me by phone this morning to apologize for the mixup. He gave me the names of couple of other local companies that may be taking on new installs. Stand-up guy, just wish we could have done business. Called to get a bid on new home. They sent sales rep out same day, which was great. Salesman seemed knowledgeable, went over different options and said they were about 4 weeks out on new systems. We had Apex install a new HVAC system as well as having the vents cleaned with their new vent cleaning system. I would strongly recommend using Apex. They did a fantastic job. Our sales rep earl was ALWAYS responsive when we had questions - he did not over sale or under sale what we needed. They worked with us to address some complicated areas. The Tech that showed up was very knowledgeable in his trade, very friendly and explained everything he was doing and the expected outcome of his actions. We would recommend this gentleman wholeheartedly!
