We called Apex to fix our HVAC problem and was able to get an appointment the same day and within 30 minutes. They fixed our problem the same day and at a reasonable rate! Very happy and pleased with their service!!!!

Jimmy showed up on time, even though roads were a mess with snow. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through all his checkpoints explaining how the process works for my heat pump. Made recommendations for future safety and health. He was very pleasant and courteous. I will call him again for any future needs. He was awesome!

Recently moved to Sedalia, bought a fix upper house. I knew my gas furnace system was having issues. I called One place before finding Apex. The way the first girl answered the phone, It was easy to talk to and very friendly. She told me they had a small training. They were able to send someone in the next hour, the tech came to the house I walked with him with my problem, not only he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, but he was able to place a call and get me the part next couple of hours.
