Very friendly and came out same day. Quick and efficient! Explained to me how to clean my return vent (asked for a duct cleaning quote) rather than charging me for them to do it. Got my AC working better than last year and repairs took less than an hour. Highly recommend!

The maintenance worker Lyle came by today to fix our heater which had stopped working. When he had came by not only did he show a well professional surrounding, but he was respectful, polite,highly informative on what he’d do next or why the heater was broken/not working but overall if I could give him 6 stars i definitely would. Amazing service.

Fast and excellent service. Lyle(tech) was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Answered all my questions. Very professional and kind. 10/10 for Apex employees today!!

This company is the most professional, kind, considerate and experts in the field! Our installation experience was excellent! I think Alex is the best installer and so kind about answering questions on and off the clock! You will not go wrong if you choose Apex for your house needs!

Lyle is the most courteous, helpful gentlemen I have ever met and he went beyond what was expected of him correcting issues that we did not know about issues he could have ignored and we would not have known the difference. But he fixed every problem in a timely manner.
