I went to Apex to let them know I was wanting to buy and have install a countertop over an outdoor cabinet where we would serve food, drinks, etc. I picked one and they convinced me that they had a better option that was also on sale because it had not sold. I told them EXACTLY what it was for, and how it needed to be stain resistant. And paid to have it sealed. Well the first time I used it with food containers, it stained and I needed to put this special paste over it that removed it. And they had me reseal it yet again. I... read more
Tile delivered one week later than promised (in writing), delaying entire project and costing us more than the tile purchase itself. Very frustrating. They never even called us to inform us of the delay. Very poor customer service. I cannot recommend their services.
I went to every granite yard in San Jose, I found what I liked at Apex. Raj gave me a fair price. The fabricator came when he promised and they had a fast turn around time. They did a good job and we are happy. Was it inexpensive? No, but they did a good job.
