Daniel performed what seemed like a simple job for me approximately 2 years ago. He hung a 50 pound mirror using 150 pound anchors. One morning the mirror suddenly crashed to the floor shattering and damaging my floor and wall. When I asked him to come back to hang a new mirror, he became defensive and did not take any responsibility.
