Eizzel Sese was excellent in resolving the problem of overpayment on the Buildium site. She was very courteous.
They should receive a rating of -100. I do not recommend hiring this firm. They encouraged my building’s HOA to adopt an unlawful flat-rate HOA fee for two years, ignoring local laws and putting the entire building’s finances in a bad position. Their actions were completely illegal. When I became the first homeowner to question their decisions, they began targeting me and my tenants, attempting to collect more than $10,000 in fees from me without any valid basis for nearly two years.
