Eizzel was wonderful! She was pleasant and efficient throughout the entire process. She cheerfully assisted me with resetting my password, processing a quarterly fee and setting up automatic payments. Apex Management Group is lucky to have such a great employee!
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional staff! They recently bought out Diamond Star property management who manages my HOA and immediately began to impose unwarranted fines. There was a small box which was addressed to someone, who is not my tenant which had my unit number on it, but I was fined because the box was not "broken down". Ive never heard of such a thing in my life. Management is a terrible as Diamond Star in Warwick that was bought out. I tried to call and email regarding my payment and never got a response. Terrible as Diamond Star, next meeting I’m going to petition for a new management group.
WARNING, Apex/Diamond Property Management do not answer the phone, return phone calls or email messages. Zero customer service. Huge dissapointment!
