I am very disappointed with my experience with the Apex Management Group in Rhode Island. The property management company was changed to Apex Management Group in January 2026, but I was not notified of the change. I continued paying my HOA fees to the previous property manager through July 2026. I only discovered the change when I was trying to understand why my payments were being refunded.
