Nick (hopefully I'm spelling that right) was very knowledgeable and great to chat with while he was programming a new key fob for our 2005 Land Rover LR3. He clearly has a lot of experience with many different types of vehicles and was very helpful and friendly!
I lost my motorcycle key before memorial day and called another company that was 24/7 and they didn’t have a locksmith for a couple of days. Called APEX and they were here within 15 minutes of my call. Done making the key within 5-10 minutes and gave me a spare included with my price! Definitely recommend them. Huge shoutout to Alex at Apex Lock and Key. I had an issue with my 2015 Honda Accord where the key wouldn’t turn at all, and he diagnosed it immediately as an ignition cylinder problem. He showed up on time, was professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Walked me through the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. No upsell, no BS, just solid work. If you’re dealing with any lock or ignition issues, ask for Alex. Saved me a ton of time and stress.
