I think charging a mother locked out with her baby in the dangerous temperatures we've been having lately, for services that were not rendered is deplorable. Shame on you. People are people, money is just a thing.

I think it is disgusting that you charged a mother FULL price for a service you did NOT perform, And then to threaten to call the police on her?? That is a terrible way to do business!! You owe her a refund!!!!!!!!
