I had a very disappointing experience with Howard. He was unresponsive to emails and didn’t provide timely updates. TWO WEEKS before closing, he suddenly dropped the case on a straightforward house closing process (HE SIMPLY DENIED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE), just because I requested that he tried his best to complete the transaction earlier in the day.
