For nearly a year, I have been receiving laser hair removal services from Justice. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made my experience highly enjoyable. Justice consistently ensures that I leave with a positive impression and a flawless result. She is undoubtedly the best in her field.
I'll start by saying the staff here are incredible, every single one of them are respectful, professional, kind, and just all around great people. I did six months of routine laser hair removal treatments (every six weeks) for my Brazilian area. Shannon is a wonderful business woman without being pushy. She guides and educates wonderfully:) Her knowledge is big! …which is ultra important when it comes to laser. Apex has some of the nicest lasers, the variety makes it great for all different issues and needs. She is very accommodating and comforting! The studio is very modern, clean and an overall great atmosphere. I will recommend Shannon to all my friends and clients. Best of all.. she’s a sweetheart ☺️
Terrible!! The laser hair removal is actually “reduction”. Owner is not fair. I had to cancel and reschedule as I was at work (at a hospital) and my relief came late. She talked so bad about me that when I can 3 times the lasers were down. I was already there. Nothing was given for my time. However my friend who had an appt and same thing happened was given the non medical grade hydro facial. Also, the microneedling they push is not medical grade. The Doctor b is not medical grade! Getting a tattoo removed is not easy but that staff is extremelynot knowledgeable easy-going would recommend this place to everybody looking for a tattoo removal
