on 11/13/2018 There was an Apex landscaping truck in my neighborhood. I was waiting for the bus to come with my daughter. The truck is down the street parked, and the bus comes. My daughter and my neighbors child were getting on the bus when the Apex truck pulled up behind the bus. The doors to the bus were open, children were boarding, the stop sign was out, but the drive of the apex truck ignored all of these, and went around the school bus and turned.
