The service I was provided by DJ was extremely professional. He carried out all tasks requested and had a clear understanding of what was expected. All tasks were completed with very minimal questions.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely horrific experience with Apex. We hired them to install bushes for us and do some basic edging/mulching last year. Their communication and scheduling was a nightmare. They seem great until we paid and then crickets. When they did finally show up, we noticed once of the bushes they were about to plant was yellowing and looked dead. We pointed this out and they kept assuring us it just needed water and would "spring back" and that there was a gaurentee if it didn't. We foll... read more

Hi, my name’s Gana I tried several times to make an appointment, and each time I was told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. I don’t understand how this is acceptable customer service. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up.

I have grown to not be a fan of this place. We spent over $30K with them last year on hardscape and never got a thank you or check in to see how we enjoy the work. This year we quoted landscaping and are made to feel like our project is too small for their time. Logan needs to learn some customer service skills because he does not make us feel important as customers. He gives us a quote and then we never hear from him again.
