If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely horrific experience with Apex. We hired them to install bushes for us and do some basic edging/mulching last year. Their communication and scheduling was a nightmare. They seem great until we paid and then crickets. When they did finally show up, we noticed once of the bushes they were about to plant was yellowing and looked dead. Hi, my name’s Gana I tried several times to make an appointment, and each time I was told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. I don’t understand how this is acceptable customer service. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up.

I have grown to not be a fan of this place. We spent over $30K with them last year on hardscape and never got a thank you or check in to see how we enjoy the work. This year we quoted landscaping and are made to feel like our project is too small for their time. Logan needs to learn some customer service skills because he does not make us feel important as customers. He gives us a quote and then we never hear from him again.

These people are horrible. They hit a parked car while shoveling snow in our complex. They do not do a good job with the snow. Now they do not want to fix it. They drive reckless in the complex. They do half ass job. When they plant in the summer and take breaks throw trash everywhere. The owner was rude. Be careful of them. I said I had a witness . He Basically said who cares. In previous reviews they are known for damaging property. The owner finds excuses not to take accountability. Be very careful!

Apex Landscaping’s snow removal service is extremely disappointing. We are being charged thousands of dollars, yet the snow is never cleared. After their so called “service,” we still have to shovel and clean up ourselves just to make areas usable. They claim the job is complete when it clearly isn’t. For the amount they charge, this level of service is unacceptable and feels like paying for work that was never properly done. I would not recommend Apex Landscaping for snow removal. Save your money and look elsewhere.
