I don’t even know where to begin with these people. Moved in to a house with an ant problem, mouse problem, and a whole long list of things that I will probably post eventually. Just wanted to leave this review to warn anyone that if Apex Landlord Services manages the property that you are interested in, find a different property. Mark Wilton (property manager) does not care about your problems and will just try to find the easiest and cheapest fix. I would have given 0 stars but it doesn’t let me do that.
