I would NEVER recommend Apex Labs to anyone. When a doctor orders a blood draw from Apex, there is no specific appointment made by Apex as is customary with any other medical facility. There is only a window given, a THREE HOUR WINDOW of when the tech will show up. That is a very long time to expect a caregiver to have to wait around for the tech to arrive. Despite confirming the appointment directly with a representative, I continued to receive multiple automated calls demanding I listen to the same message. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience from the start. The first attempt to use this company I told them to confirm with me but instead they went and repeatedly called my disabled relative, whom the service was for, even though I had specifically requested all communication be directed to me.
