I would NEVER recommend Apex Labs to anyone. When a doctor orders a blood draw from Apex, there is no specific appointment made by Apex as is customary with any other medical facility. There is only a window given, a THREE HOUR WINDOW of when the tech will show up. That is a very long time to expect a caregiver to have to wait around for the tech to arrive. Despite confirming the appointment directly with a representative, I continued to receive multiple automated calls demanding I listen to the same message. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience from the start. The first attempt to use this company I told them to confirm with me but instead they went and repeatedly called my disabled relative, whom the service was for, even though I had specifically requested all communication be directed to me. Wow worst experience. Nurses can't draw blood correct. Sliced dad's arm open still bleeding 2days later now he's acting strange. Our dr and myself asked for a nurse to come and check it out. Reply was lady I'm just a call center to bad!!! Asked for owner or supervisor call back never received. They hurt him
