Waiting in the parking lot for 3 hours now at Apex Labs with several other unhappy customers. We’ve all been told that Covid Rapid tests were in stock, but we’re all waiting in the parking lot, and have now been told there are no tests in the building and that a truck is SUPPOSED TO BE COMING. Unbelievable. I called twice today before I drove 2.5 hours to get here! Once before I ordered and once after I ordered! Was told to come after 12pm. Got here just after 2:30pm. Ordered online and did curb side pick up. This was a seamless safe experience. I got reasonably priced rapid tests for my family and staff. You may pay a slight premium but with the tests in stock I felt fortunate. Thank you. This Lab has jy recommendation.
