We applied with APEX on a Friday and by Tuesday morning we were signing the lease on a beautiful home that is very affordable financially and located in a good neighborhood. They are excellent at reaching back out with any questions. If you're praying or thinking about renting from them this is your sign to do so. You won't be disappointed.
I'm on my 3rd year with Apex, living in apartments near the airport. They are conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas. I love using the app to pay the rent and report any issues. The manager responds promptly, usually the same day, unless it's a holiday. The management corresponds with the tenants via emails or texts to announce when they need to enter your place (bug guy or inspection.) I'm thankful to have nice neighbors, as well.
