That's really interesting Nicholas Burke, because the same thing happened to me, on Sunday night, but Devin said they were up north and I'm south. The tech even called me in the afternoon and said they were on their way but then never showed up. I texted and called and left a voicemail with no response. We've used apex for over 7 years and since Dave left this company can no longer be relied on to live up to their promises.

I can't recommend Apex highly enough for their exceptional service! I've been working on improving the landscaping of my older home since I bought it five years ago. I've had trouble with a particular zone that wasn't receiving water and the weeds have been taking over. Cole and Ben came out to my house to repair a broken valve on my sprinkler system. They were super kind and professional, also replacing my backflow when we turned the water on and discovered a leak. They had great attention to detail and were incredibly thorough! Definitely recommend.
