This is the second time I've been in Coppell TX. The staff has been really kind, and helpful and really respectful and Jalissa is a very beautiful young lady, and very kind and caring and very sweet! The same goes for Tiffany too! And I really appreciate and enjoyed Dr. Becker-he is very nice, kind, very involved in conversation, and just fun to talk to! I also appreciate Dr. Khan as well! He's very nice too! Everyone has been really, really good! Thank y'all for showing your care!
I wish i could give a review on the care they provide but i haven’t been able to get an appointment. I called a month ago, they stated they would verify my insurance and return my call which i never received. I called two weeks later and was placed on hold for 20 plus minutes on two separate occasions. I think the physicians should know that they are losing clients due to their office staff:
Doctor Patel is the best! Ive been to half a dozen pain management doctors, and none of them were that good. Most were downright bad experiences. Ive had nothing but good experiences from this office. All the staff is helpful and nice, and understanding of my pain. They are always looking to help in any way they can, and they really listen to you! Give this place a try, you wont regret it!
Incompetent administrative staff. No one seems to be in charge and the office staff are running around chaotically while getting nothing done. Staff does not communicate with patients. There seems to be no office manager or anyone with an education higher than a GED.
Dr. Khan has excellent bed side manner and great doctor! The staff and nurses were fabulous as well! Definitely would recommend this practice!
