I'd like to give one star for each bus it took them to get us where we needed to go. The first bus they sent us broke down after an hour of driving on highway 101 leaving 50 people (including myself) stranded on the shoulder of a busy highway for 4.5 hours. We were stuck there on a dangerous blind turn. The driver could have pulled over at a safe turnout when the bus first began to struggle noticeably, but he chose to keep going leaving us stopped on a small margin with little room.
