Dr. Rao is very knowledgeable and caring, can be busy at times but that tells you about the demand for Dr. Rao
I can honestly say this clinic is very professional, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. It’s clean and they are very fast Dr. Rao, is very friendly, warming and welcoming. I highly recommend… One provider and 2 medical assistants and a receptionist it’s never a long wait. If you’re looking for a good provider come see Dr. Rao!
I have been seeing Dr Rao for several years. A claim of mine was submitted incorrectly. The Doctor said he was going to resubmit the claim but the office manager refused to. This left me with a big bill.
This is a horrible place they are a scam and really unprofessional they lied to me the front desk lady blanco is rude and the doctor said he was gonna send my medication out I went to go pick it up my pharmacist never received it and he said he was going to send out a letter to my accommodations department and my job never received it I called back to see what was going on he said he never said that I would not recommend this place
Receptionist, Blanca, was so rude and unprofessional! Doctor is not honest! Please do not go here. If you can, avoid at all costs and find new provider
