Horrible service. Incompetent auto technicians and negligence found from repairs, including 4 missing bolts, misaligned oil filter and seals. They do not offer any kind of car loaner program, while they had my car for a month I needed to rent a car since only after they took the car apart did they realize the part was out of stock. I will never buy, recommend or do any further business with them.
Working with Elie Hoyek and the whole team at Apex Imports has been the best car-buying experience my wife and I have had. We made the decision to complete a double trade-in to which we received great offers for our vehicles. All of the staff at Apex Import are very professional, respectful, and personable. I just recently purchased a BMW from apex. The sales person that help me was Jacques Michel. I live in Ohio so trying to buy out of town was a little challenging , but Jacques made it very easy, and was very helpful.I very good buying experience. Thanks again love the car.
