Hired Felix for a walkthrough inspection. I arrived early and he was already at the property. He was verry thorough, knowledable and explained everything well, he also addressed any concerns that I had about the property. Great attention to detail and reasonably priced. Would defenatly hire again in the future if I need a home inspection.

He arrived and proceeded to complete an extremely thorough inspection of our stand-alone home. Felix walked me through what he was looking at, pointed out areas of concern, and gave me tips on what changes to make.
