They do not prioritize clients. Often unhelpful and do not return phone calls. Very disappointing.
Everyone’s situation/experience is different, and very much individualized when it comes to healthcare, but from what I know of this company, and from what I have experienced - they provide great care and and are very compassionate and understanding.
